Where are your servers located?

All VSIS infrastructure is hosted in Tier 3 data centres in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam, and is managed directly by our own engineering team.

Do you provide Vietnamese IP addresses?

Yes. Our VPS, hosting and proxy services all use Vietnamese IP address space, which matters for local SEO, payment providers and services that filter by country.

Can you help me migrate from my current provider?

Yes, and migration assistance is included. We copy files, databases and mailboxes, let you verify the result on a preview address, then switch DNS with a final sync so nothing is lost.

What payment methods do you accept?

Invoices are issued in the client portal at my.vsis.net and can be settled by bank transfer and the payment methods listed on each invoice. Contact us if you need an alternative arrangement.

Is support available in English?

Yes. Our team handles support in both Vietnamese and English through the client portal, Facebook Messenger and Zalo.

What is your uptime commitment?

We target 99.9% availability per month, excluding maintenance announced in advance. Customers affected by extended incidents can request service credit.

Do you take backups of my data?

Yes. Files and databases are backed up on a schedule with multiple versions retained. We still recommend keeping an independent copy of business-critical data.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. VPS resources and hosting plans can be upgraded without rebuilding your environment, and the remaining term of your current plan is credited.

What are your proxies not allowed to be used for?

Anything unlawful: fraud, unauthorised access to systems you do not own, spam, malware distribution or attacks against third parties. Such accounts are suspended.

How do I get started?

Create an account at my.vsis.net or contact us with what you need. We will confirm a suitable configuration before you commit to anything.
